Has anyone received these? I'm not sure I understand how the current assist system works, but I thought we have to be friends in order to use it?
I just received a popup window saying something like "a new mercenary is requesting my help with a dungeon (the tutorial map with the wooden gnolls)", from a person I do not know (I forgot name). They are definitely not on my friends list, and when I asked my friends to try inviting me after they started a dungeon, I received a standard "Party invite" window; not like the one I received from this guy.
Should I be worried?

I was bored and decided to play on my level 1 lann. When I went into the mercenary training mission thing, a popup appeared asking me if I'd like to ask an "experienced mercenary" for help. I clicked no, but that's probably where these requests are coming from.

Or a party mate is asking for one.

Thanks for the responses. It was my first time seeing that window and I wasn't sure if I was being fished lol. Now that I think about it, I do remember a high level Evie joining my starter mission when I played on the Korean version; I had no idea how they got in. I guess that clears it up. Thanks again!
