  Handcuffs? I thought those were just overemphasized accessories, similar to what hangs of the sides on Evie's Temptress set. They sure would give a lot of room for movement for being a bondage mechanism.

  The ones in Mabi are fully clothed before you fight them. Maybe this is going to be a mob with the same armor breaking system as a player character.

  I'd say almost fully clothed, especially when you compare it to the Vindi succubus; Mabi succubi do have cleavage. If Vindictus were to have an incubus too, would they be fully clothed like the succubus if both were to have the armor break similar to that of a player or would they be the opposite of the almost clothed everywhere succubus and be almost all the way nude?
