Except she's NOT a cute little girl. She looks like she's 24 or something and is acting 12.

Victorica is an anime girl. Vindickus characters are all modeled off real people and also look pretty real.

We have to consider the source material here. A lot of eastern work emphasizes feminine charm as being youthful and child-like. This isn't horribly wrong, though quite a lot of folks have an adverse reaction to it. I don't think it's all that horrible, though depending on how the trope is played per se, it has the potential to be obnoxious, that does not make it so by default, am I right? Yes Evie is pretty adorable, even the pouting face (so long as images of fellatio aren't summoned up I suppose) but anyone assuming what that personality is being represented when all we have are 8 emotes and some NPC dialog mentioned that she's cute is REALLY filling in the blanks. How do we know that she acts like a child? We don't. Not really. And if she does? Well, guess what, that's part in parcel of the ideal being represented by the people who created the game.

TLDR; Yes. NERF THOSE EVIES. PL0X
