so I've been kinda trying to find "the" weapon for me
I've put into consideration
Repair Fees
Damage
Appearance
(maybe dura)
I know for a fact I don't want 2H or Claymore
any advice on a weapon?
it's also the fact that I've started to get tired of Glory Sword's repair fees (+ size xD , starting to think the crit isn't really worth it)
I thought about switching over to the Executioner's Sword I found
but the dura is 10/10 now from the upgrade (on 2/5) and alot of the upgrades looked like it mostly boosts minimum damage, but the ones that boost Maximum will constantly lower balance
I have 2 signed fully upgraded (1 without gem) Dustin Silver Knight's Swords, but after awhile I had a problem with it's design (it was a hassle for me to draw it <-<;)

Does Highlander Claymore count as Claymore?

The crit IS worth it on the Glory Sword. It's what makes it the best 2handed sword with a good artisan in my opinion. The repair fee is bugging you though, so....I recommend a Dragon Blade. Most of them are 12 dur base, but I've found 17 dur ones from Gacha. I'm fond of the 220-2 path, which gives it 10-90 damage and 25% crit with 55% balance. Dragon Blades are also the cheapest 2handed sword to repair, maxing out at 2.8k per point at Edern.

Claymore is really one of the best 2-handed blades around. But if you want functionality, broadswords would be much better. You get the damage output, crit, and really low repair costs.
I can't comment on looks much, because that is strictly opinion, but I do like how they look personally.

When you're using two handers, you shouldn't really look at crit, since they're not good for it, and you won't be windmilling much--just smash. Even if you tried to get high crit, you'll notice that monster protection renders that useless.
I recommend the Dustin Sword; it has the highest attack range.
Ideally, I would recommend a two handed ego, but that's just me =P

They aren't good for it? My Claymore has 45% crit on it and when smashing, it turns into 50%. A Glory Sword with a maxed luck Artisan and gem upgrade will have 52% crit, 57% when smashing. It's entirely possible to reach 110% crit with a 2hander, making you crit smash on majority of the HM SM mobs. Now, I'm not including Peaca mobs or Alby Adv HM, as critting them is pretty tough, but I feel that any 2handed sword with low crit isn't that good. One more thing, if you aren't looking for crit, then the Dragon Fang will beat the Dustin Sword in terms of max damage, reaching 130 max with a max artisan upgrade if it's base grade value.

That's not quite true, 2h excel at critical, and you can cap critical with Smash or Magnum on any monster in the game. It actually the opposite, the more protection a monster has, the more important it is to be able to crit with powerful skills like Smash and Magnum. 2h weapons lack the raw damage that dual wielding offers for windmill, so they make up for it with powerful critical smashes and longer stun duration.
2h egos are also a terrible idea, considering that normal enchanted/upgraded 2h weapons are on par with them since the introduction of special upgrades.
As for OP's question, Glory Sword is totally worth it but if repair fees are an issue... Dragon Blades have the lowest upkeep.

2H are not that great for windmill. It's the smash factor in which they excel in.
Dual weapons are still better for windmill.
If repairs are bothering you, maybe you should stick with dustin or go for dragon blades.

I've sorta noticed, noone's commented about the Executioner's Sword
any opinions on that?

This was said before but I'd recommend the dragon blade as well. The dustin sword ultimately surpasses it in damage but the dragon blade is by far the cheapest 2 hander to repair and the cost of it over it's life will be much lower than the costs of other 2 handers.
Endern repairs on 2 handers:
DB = 2823 gp
Dustin = 3361 gp
2 handed sword = 6163 gp
Claymore = 6372 gp
Glory sword = 8488 gp
Dragon fang = 13218 gp
