Pay by Credit Card and Pay by Paypal both produce an error.
I can Pay by Cash tho.

Pretty sure I've never had a problem with billing or any fraud with Nexon, so I emailed them to find out the cause for this error or "ban."

Sometimes, Nexon can just make those mistaken suspicions. What can be
fraud can be how they run their company sometimes...

hope you get it all worked out! in my experience, that email, when dealing with genuine billing issues, isn't as slow as tickets. i had my incorrect chargeback ban taken care of in about 4 days. just give it till monday at least. :V

BUMP.
Update: They replied to my ticket (I sent both a ticket and an email to the above address) and they said that they have a new verification system to prevent fraudulent charges and that my account didn't happen to pass this system test. The GM who replied offered me the solution of using Pay by Cash or NX cards insteads, but I rejected that solution and now I'm awaiting a second response.
I'm just surprised they replied so quickly through the ticket system.
I wonder why my account didn't pass the system test.

They might have mistook you for another person or something, or someone perhaps also knows your info.
My ticket got answered in a day, and I guess, if they are improving everything, then why don't they explain why in a response...? So that you could at least figure it out and appeal it to them.

Eh, but I can't complain. They did respond. I'm pretty sure I'll work this out, just gotta have patience and understanding. @_@
