There something wrong with this...
It's just... too green
where's all the overcrowded streets?
Where's all the buildings?
Why is it so clean?
how can spiderman swing webs with all those plants?
All this by 2030?
2050 or 2110 is more realistic (will be long dead before all that)

If people choose to go with this style of architecture, by 2030 the above visualization would only be a small fraction of the city. It costs a lot of money too tear down and reconstruct buildings, and I can't see them tearing down perfectly good buildings to rebuild new ones for the purpose of style.

Also, I think they're kinda ugly. Their windows are so small D: They lack any sort of the luster that makes the current skyscrapers in New York so appealing to me :<

For this to become a reality, the whole city would need to be torn down and rebuilt. Doing it a little bit at a time will take countless years, budgets will be cut, ideas will change, and instead of a while city you'll have a couple of buildings here and there that got redone.

You would need approval of an entire city, especially from all the businesses there which basically run the city (without business, a city is just a big retirement resort).

I really would like if cities could start to modernize like this, with improved architecture, technology, and implementing nature as much as possible, but due to human nature it's going to take several hundred years, if we last that long.
