How much does repair cost increase for enhanced armor?

All of my armor is +3 or better. I feel like I'm paying a ton on repairs, but perhaps it actually isn't even that far from the price everyone is paying.

So I'm wondering... how much does enhancing increase the price by? Have any charts/whatever been made yet?

I am developing something for myself, but nothing that'll probably be much use to anyone without large input from others
