Yes, you can use Ultimate Game Cards.
No, it's not better because I believe it's added as NX credit, restricting certain things to level 30+ characters.

Also: Should some issue come up, the ability to add NX via UGCs, Credit Cards, and Paypal are all suspended, so make sure if you require NX regularly, have a back up of NX supply.

Actually, Ultimate Game Card gives prepaid nx. I know cause I used it to buy a griffin on Mabi.

So Nexon Cards > Ultimate Gaming Cards? I did more looking into and apparently in Canada if you buy a $20 Ultimate Gaming Card you can only redeem $10 worth of NX because tax comes into play which means some money gets deducted off, so you can't redeem all $20. Since Vindictus is down for a unscheduled maintenance I'm off to see if my Shoppers Drug Mart carries Nexon cards.
