After my Magic Mastery, Firebolt and Lightning bolt are rank one (my Icebolt is rank one by the way) then what magic should I train? I'm thinking of Bolt Mastery and then my Elemental Masteries but I'm not sure which to do first. So Bolt Mastery first? If so then which Elemental Mastery should I do first?

I would highly recommend collecting the pages for and learning Thunder. It is a fantastic offensive skill once you have enough intelligence to balance out it's inconsistent damage. It's always a bother to collect pages but Thunder is the easiest advanced magic skill to get pages for and I got lucky enough to get one page from a friend, find three myself, and get the other one (the page that's only dropped by red and black succubus) for fantastically cheap in a player's shop. Just stalk the shops in Dunbarton Square and you should be able to buy most of the pages for pretty cheap if you are patient.
Edit: You will need a Crystal Lightning Wand to use it though. They are a bit expensive (though purchasable from npcs) in up front cost and repair cost but it's not that bad. I just don't know how much money you make so I thought I should add this just in case you do get Thunder and then get mad at me because you find out you need to buy a wand too.

If you plan on using Intermediate Magic, Thunder and Lightning Mastery are the most versatile.
Hailstorm however has good potential for cost efficiency, so Hailstorm and Ice Mastery could be a good path too.
If you plan on spamming Theater Missions then Fireball is a godsend. If you don't want to rank an Intermediate or Advance Magic, then Fire Mastery is still best because of Firebolt Fusion. Likewise, Bolt Mastery is only needed if you don't rank Int/Adv Magic.

You can use Thunder with either a normal Lightning Wand, Crystal Lightning Wand, or a Trinity Staff (Which for the staff, you'd have to use lightning bolt a number of times until it's charge level is 3, then you can cast Thunder).

My mistake. I forgot you can use regular Lightning Wand and trinity staff since I myself use a Crystal Lightning Wand. Thanks for the correction.

Personally, as a big stickler for passives and bolt magic, I would recommend you get elemental masteries, bolt mastery, and magic fusion.
Even if you don't go for bolts, always max the elemental masteries. Mana decrease along with damage increase as percentages is always wonderful.

I'm skeptical about Bolt Fusion skill being ranked. Because of the magic formula, you're actually getting much less than 15% damage, and it's a big AP tag for just that.
Unless you really love Bolt Fusion and use it as your main attack.
