Okay i cant find my first thread but anyway it seems like because i rbed this made zombies to me and so i thought my cp armor worked, but when i leveld up enough they became awful and when i switched cp armor for my clothes combat levels were still awful even for both cp armor and clothes(no - cp) confusedddd

It's purely visual in most cases. If a monster spawns and appears awful to you, and you put enough -CP gear on while it's still spawned to make it boss, it will be boss to you but it will still say awful. Skill training will proceed as though it is boss, though. Any monsters that spawn while you have the gear on will have the updated status. Now, if your CP gear does not cause newly spawned monsters to change their status to you, then it simply means you don't have enough CP gear on to make a change.

Just change channels or relog with your CP gear on to display the actual ranks of them with the Alt Key. If you don't have enough CP gear on like said above, then it won't make a difference at all between the ranks of monsters, meaning you'll need more gear to make a difference in the ranks of them. Otherwise, aim for something else to kill rather than those zombies with your -CP.

It's similar to how the rendering thing works. Your game doesn't update some things that you see until you get out of sight of whatever it is.
So, you could try this: Have your cp armor off and wait for something to spawn. Then, once it's spawned, run until it's out of sight, then run back. If you went far enough, their difficulty ranking should be updated to your new lowered cp.

You could probably get more -CP to solve that, or just simply rebirth. Elves have naturally lower CP anyhow.

No, that'll make your Windmill training harder. Just go for more -CP items.

Stats gained from titles, enchants, artisan upgrades, food (quality food effects) and buffs have no effect on your CP. Stats gained from leveling, (most) skill ranks, aging, food (passive effects after eating enough of a certain food) and the default stats you have after rebirthing to a certain age do affect your CP. Str and HP are among the highest CP-adding stats, with dex, luck, will, and int among the lowest.
Tl;dr: Changing your title won't change your CP
at all.
