Ok, so i was talking with someone from the census when i noticed the cat was jumping around on the poarch, after i got a bit closer, i realized it was a bird the cat was jumping and playing around with, after getting my cusins cat off the bird, i picked the bird up and tried to let it fly away.
It couldnt fly, and its been a few hours now, i had to take it inside cause we have 2 more cats outside near our house that would eat the poor bird, and though the bird doesnt seem to be injuried im thinking its too young to fly, or the cat injured its wing(though its been jumping around and off the table.
I kinda want to take the little guy as my pet, but am probably going to release it once its able to fly, though he realy seems to like me as he keeps jumping up onto my hand whenever i go to feed him.

What a coincidence, on my door there a circle like ornament made out of straw. I guess birds taught it was a nest, because I saw bird that already hatched on it. I did not wanna take care of it, so I just left it there ._. I would like to give it to a animal reserve or something, but the nearest one is hours away from my city, and my parents will not be willing to drive. I doubt they even want me to touch the birds...

o.O
I always wanted to raise an animal back to health. Take advantage of this situation and train the bird to be your loyal slave.

Excuse me for being the wet blanket here but why not just let the cat eat it and have nature continue with its course?

Because man was made to mess nature up.

Im nursing it back to health and then realeasing it, but getting a pet bird after we release it.
Bought a cage for it and food and stuff, but it cant fly and is too young to know how to eat from the containers, so i have to hand feed it seeds and water from a water droper thingy(the thing that despences one droplet of water at a time).

Instead of seeds, soak some dry dog food in water and feed it that. If it's not eating the seeds on its own then it isn't ready for solid food. Also, what it should be eating depends on species. Not all birds eat seed as a huge part of their diet. Try offering some moist, mashed up fruits and veggies, or baby food that is low in sugar. Make sure it's getting water, too. Be very careful and slow when you feed it. Do you know what kind of bird it is by any chance?
Also, make sure you wipe down its injuries with a soft, warm, damp cloth once in a while. Keep handling to a minimum and splint major injuries - ie broken leg. If it refuses to eat or drink, or becomes listless, take it to a vet immediately. You should also see if there is a wildlife rescue or rehab in your area - no offense but injured birds are very hard to recoup, and someone with no experience doing so shouldn't be attempting it. See if there are professionals who will take it. Your local wildlife and fisheries office may know where you can find a place like this.
Also I JUST made a post related to this, so please have a look at it:

I went and made sure i was buying the right birdfeed from the store yesterday, and it started eating on its own after i put the food on the table for it instead of in a holder before i fell asleap.
I brought him to a wildlife center near my school this morning because i knew i dont know much about how to treat birds, they said they would take over pretty much.
