lvl 42 you get a quest from shayla regarding a note and a rumor and takes you through a couple of the early battles in boat 3 (ainle). this quest is the unlock quest and will unlock unveiling truth and a couple others including the battle for blood lord.

The quest is called Fare Thee Well, and you're supposed to get it automatically upon reaching lv42. It's how you get the Blood Lord raid. If you haven't gotten it, try completing all the important story quests you have. I don't know if it will help, but it's worth a shot.
