It's nice to have to not deal with 2 separate stats, but once more Nexon doesn't really make things very clear. Some questions...
1. Can we keep on repairing our items as long as we have Gold? (i.e there is no increasing Repair cost?)
2. Does enhancement reset the Durability to 100?
3. Do you lose Durability upon entering a dungeon, or upon being hit in a dungeon? (I.e is it the same as the old system or different)
Hmm...that's all I can think of at the moment, I'm sure I'll be back with more questions later :)

1. Yes.
2. Enhancement raises Maximum durability by a certain amount, and does not reset the current durability.
3. Both.
You have a max durability, that is only lost by failed enhances(7+?) and enchants. May also be lost when Ferghus says he fails, but this remains unconfirmed.

you can lose max durability for any enhancements above +4, so be careful...

I don't believe it was +4, because that would just lower the enhancement level by one.
At 8+ You have a chance at your weapon destroyed/made useless, so I'm thinking 5->6, and 6->7 have a chance at lowering maximum durability.
And something unconfirmed, is that successful enhancements reset your max durability to the highest possible.

I don't know where you're getting this stuff about enchants Andy-Buddy.
It seems like to me by the wording is that ANY enchant failures will lower durability, with stacking negative affects if you fail when you're weapon is already heavily enchanted. This is probably to discourage people from enchanting over and over to get a really good weapon.
I don't know how the numbers work but once you get past +3, you can fail and it will lower max (This is how I understand it). When you get to +8 (or whatever the next failure tier is), I think it means that weapons have a chance to go back to +0 if you fail, in addition to losing max durability.
I haven't noticed extra durability being lost when my armor breaks, but it seems to be just a constant rate when entering dungeon stages. IE if you run a dungeon that has 3 maps, your equips get hit with a constant ding that cannot be prevented. Different armors parts however get hit with different dings. IE a weapon for 1 point, while shoes get hit with 1.5, body piece loses 0.75 durability on each stage move. They aren't the actual numbers, just something I made up.

I don't know how viable it is, but yes this is where I get it from. (Other than personal experience.)
I've never lost Max Dura on +4 or +5 Failures.
