Well, after staring at my monitor 10 inches away from the screen, I came up with this.

It's a tad better than my previous sprite I uploaded on nation. Compare :o

Well, I just take a screenshot, pick out a small number of colours and start drawing...

I always start with drawing the head and the rest of the body is pretty easy except when a limb is off by a couple pixels to the left or right...

The blinking, I actually looked at the npc portraits as a guide.
