Front Audio and Mic Jack names?

On my computer, the only thing missing, are the front audio and microphone ports. It was an older case (that was free), so it's missing those ports. It has spaces for them, but with plastic blocking them, and no ports inside. I'm looking to buy the part, as it's the last thing I need to really finish my computer. I've tried Googling but I didn't find anything.

What is the component called for the front Audio and Microphone jacks?

I think you're talking about the front I/O panel. They usually come with cases, but if yours doesn't, most likely you'll need to get a new case with one.
