Two questions today :

- Are rank 9 scrolls available so far ? Mostly interested in seeing Maelstrom and Sentinel scrolls.

- Is there a "reliable" source for the drop locations of the scrolls that are available so far? Maybe we can even answer the first question by just lokking at where the rank 9 scrolls are supposed to drop.
