What do you mean not as much? As in the enchanted stats are less effective? How does that work?

Damage modifying enchants modify everything, do they not?

No damage enchants do not effect magic damage. That is all about the int stat.

Wiki states that damage enchants affect magic but at a much lower rate, around 0.05 - 0.50 times as much depending on the spell.
Is this incorrect?
Either way, it's insignificant so yea...

The wiki seems to be right from common use of magic. It does not effect it as much as melee/range. However damage enchants more then double the damage when you do fusion magic.
