Switching a Pokemon out gives EVs to both the switched Pokemon and the one brought in. The same amount too, no dividing or anything.
Same for Exp. Share. It gives the same amount of EVs to both (or however-many) Pokemon receive experience from that opponent Pokemon.
Serebii says that fully EV training 1 specific stat (i.e. Attack) yields +63 stat points for that stat (i.e. +63 extra Atk). But this is only at 252 EV Points, the max. You'd get less, depending on how you distribute your points.
The max is actually 255. But every 4 EVs give 1 stat points. So you'd have +63.75 stat points, but the game rounds down, so +63.
Therefore, it's best to train up to 252 EVs.
Each Pokemon can be trained up to 510 EVs. But each stat can only be trained to 255. So people usually like to train 2 stats to 252 EVs, and then 1 to 4 EVs, and then there's 2 EV points leftover that you can't do anything with.

The chart leaves out Dragonspiral Tower which has a massive abundance of Attack EV's
Golett: 1 Attack EV
Druddigon: 2 Attack EV
Mienfoo: 1 Attack EV
Which I find funny as it's a very good spot and is where I've attack EV trained a good chunk of my team

Which stat should I increase on my Snorlax?
Its got terrible speed so I think I'll literally just give up on that and focus on being a tank or just increasing my attack...

I would go for attack if it has good attack and can learn good physical moves. Defense wouldn't be a bad idea either. Depends how good his initial def though is.

If it has terrible def I would go with HP instead.

I still have that Rufflet that you gave me. He still has Pokerus and has been very helpful in spreading it to my other pokemans. He's a Braviary now and still going strong with the disease spreading 8D.
Just remember, pop those Pokerus pokemon into your pc when not in use to keep the disease nice and fresh!

I really don't take the time to check my spelling of Pokemon names half the time. Some I have memorized easily. Other ones if I have time I'll verify on Bulbapedia to ensure correctness. I'm lazy half the time though :P

I've known what a Treecko is, but yet I ALWAYS leave out the C in its name when I try to type it in.

I've had that happen a few times. I usually just give up at that point and sign off the dream world and wait till the next day.
I have yet to see a monkey there. However...this page might be helpful in explaining it
http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/dreamworldareas.shtml
Basically, they do not exist in the Dream World. There's an insanely limited amount of Pokemon in the Dream World.
