I got it used. $200, adult owned, practically brand new 3G 16gb. Good deal IMO. Considering it normally costs $300 for an 8gig iTouch.
Also, I never bought phone service, and I jailbroke it. I probably could get service in the future if I wanted.

Anyway I haven't even been to a store yet with it to get a case for it.

I'd suggest ebay if you're looking for a case/protector. If not ebay, possibly an electronics store like best buy or microcenter (dunno if you have those where you live).
