Not to be a complete jerk but...the shields look utterly different, you all are just complaining about a damned outline? The Kite Shield and Avon Shield yes have a similar outline, other then that both shields have different trim, edging, designs, and other features. Might I add an old post said that the Beholder Shield and Round Shield are almost similar-just one is more elegantly designed with higher trim settings. A Targe Shield and a Heater look the same too, sadly they both accomplish their job...so can we not hate on the Shield of Avon I mean it is very different except the damned outline. Gosh ಠ_à²
The drawing only made it look similar to both.. like Adelynn said, it is not much of the similarity in gam.
