It may be either one of Nexon's screw ups, or you either forgot to bless some items, thinking they were unblessed. Repair failures result in the unblessing of an item, so if you recently repaired somethings, it may have failed or so, taking the blessing off.
Unless you're overwriting those things with Holy Flames, as they overwrite Holy Waters blessings.
