I really want to sell this wand but i have no idea what its worth or why i don't see it around. I'm assuming its very rare since people don't see it around. I've asked around everywhere for information on it but nothing. I'm looking at offers at the moment but i wont sell it until i know what this wand is and its value, can anyone help?

It's chain casting -- it has the same upgrades as the basic wands available since beta. In other words, no thanks (even though I have one).
The +10 max damage is only while using the Elemental Master title, which is intermediate mage at best. There are much better mage titles.

I would think 1mil is pushing it, since they really have no value outside looks and there aren't many people who use wands for looks (not counting myself, of course).
