Maybe code a custom design for mobile devices that shows only the barebones of the website. Dunno how much work that'll take (I haven't even touched the mml website and I feel guilty for doing nothing).
Quite a bit if you want it to work right, also I don't have any mobile devices since I refuse to use them on canada's crap services, so I wouldn't be able to test.
