I live on the East Coast, lag fix installed, but what's the server with the least lag? ^^;
Also, is it better to be a human archer than an elf? I heard from some people it's better on human. O.O

I second Alexina. It's still billed as the 'newest' server, and IMO it's the friendliest. [I've played on all of them].

Not so much anymore, actually. Mari's is much worse. (Played on both, recently moved to Alexina)

Also, I just saw your question on elf ranged vs. human ranged...elf is definitely better. No question about it, IMO.
On the subject of lag, Ruairi is actually the laggiest server i've played. ;>
