March 23 will bring the system of crafting to vindictus
What will you predict happen to our market with the influence of crafters
To give people background I do a quick comprasion of player vs npc craft
Npc craft: Uses slightly more mats then players
Quality always set at 2 stars
Does not require any skills on players part
Does not require profession items required by players
Player craft
Uses slightly less material of the 2 types when considering just 1 set
Quality varing from 1 to 3 stars, 1 being worse , 2 being equal to npc , 3 being better
requires certain skill
Profession items can be tedious to get
None tedious items include the basic plates used by upgrading npc grade mats with stuff like iron ores
Tedious items include finishes that come from either exchaning things that come killing bosses in the form of certain drops or proof of x defeat.

Does this mean the market will be full of things like +1Blooming staff 1 star, +1Blooming staff 2 star, +1Blooming Staff 3 star, +2Blooming Staff 1 star, etc....
Its already annoying enough to go through the market looking at the equips with all the different upgraded items...

Do the stars do/mean anything? because if they don't.. I don't think a lot of people will bother until they are overflowing with AP.
I can see cooking getting popular, but since it requires fishing, it'll shoot fish prices up :D

Same question here. What is difference between 2 stars and 3 stars item?

Check on
www.vindictusdb.com ,
It's now updated with the quality information. Just check an Ivory weapon for example and click on the different stars on the right pane. The stats will change on the item.

Ahh, I see the changes now. Since I don't know korean or play the kr version, I'm going to assume that crafting is going to be the next go-to thing then. I can also see that ranks for this will probably increase success rates, along with allowing you to craft better stuff. It would suck if the success rate is static and higher ranks only unlock new armors. Or I guess that with the new enchant system, you'd need 'crafting potions' or whatever that you need to gestimate to 100 percent.
Since the mats seem the same (even if it's less, they have something that could be rarer/harder to get), the people that would want to go max would definitely want the 3 stars.
My final outlook? Lots of grind ahead!
