Hello, first heres the link:
http://vindictusdb.com/expertise-skills i know theres not enough info as it is, but recipes are a good start i believe.
Now the main question: given that besides cooking you get to choose only 1. Wich is better? Profit wise:
I think it might be Weapon smith, since we have a tendency to enhance/enchant weapons, wich could break them often... right?
Besides, a better base stat on weapons seem more appealing than a better base stat on armor.
Please discuss.

A budget saver might want to go into armorsmithing/platesmithing, to save on money for materials. I noticed it uses 3/4ths-4/5ths of the original materials.

I also think taking a kind of armorsmith might be a nice choice. An armor set has 5 pieces, so you save more than from Weaponsmith I think.
But quality weapons will probably get a much better price on the market place indeed since people focus on that a lot more... I guess it depends if you want to craft to sell or craft to use.

I didnt think of it like that, and youre right. I searched VindictusDB and i found out that a 3 stars piece of armor can get (for evies) +10 int. Thats
+50 int on average if you craft all the pieces with a "3 stars" quality.

Regarding weapons, taking scythe as an example:
http://vindictusdb.com/expertise-recipe?i=Ivory+Scythe
Regular Ivory Scythe: 4227 M.att 67 INT
3 stars Ivory Scythe : 4311 M.att 77 INT
Difference: 84 M.att 10 INT <> 42 INT + 10 INT <> 52 INT
After the analysis, we could say that INT (and M.att) gained from both paths its almost the same. After this WILL would probably give Tailoring for evies an advantage. (And i believe the same applies for armorsmith for Fionas and Lanns)
I have to say im still unsure about wich path ill choose... (Tailoring gets some exclusive Cloth recipes though, thats always good), please discuss further.

Honestly.. All I can say is a half decent guildie buddies, and you're set.
With more details coming out about it and 'expertise' points, I think it'll be the way to go.
I'll probably pick glothsmithing, weapons, or cloth. Roll dice, mod 3 :D

So... you cant sell on marketplace the crap you make with expertice skills? this is going to be a gigantic waste of time and money...

Who said this? You can actually check if they are tradable within the crafting window, and I haven't seen an untradable piece yet.

If you actually make something in game, you'll see that it doesn't let you sell it on the marketplace. They're completely untradeable atm, making Expertises a colossal waste of money. Especially considering the INSANE prices on base materials atm...
Of course, by ignoring expertises, I've made a boatload of money today, so I'm happy.

So can you trade or not trade stuff made with Expertise skills?
As for me, I haven't learnt any yet, I'm not sure which ones I want. Are they hard to skill up? I've never been a fan of crafting in other MMOs, I actually like having the NPCs do all the work for me :) But the lower costs are pretty appealing.

I went for weapon since I update my weapons more frequently. My main is a Fiona, so I'm not gonna be getting a new set for awhile, especially since I have enchants on them.
But then again, it's gonna take awhile for my expertise to catch up with my level...

As it is
You cannot sell the items from expertise on the market
When you try to sell the item
A korean error message appears and stops you

Interesting.
http://vindictus.nexon.net/News/Content.aspx?boardNo=100&contentNo=00Bio
-Expertise item will now be able to be traded and sold
-Weapon and Armor durability with now diminish as normal
-The problem of party members not being able to Duel with each other is fixed
-Some connectivity issues have been adressed
Although it's still not worth raising expertise until you get to the high levels. I expect
a lot of dinky weapons to flood the market to the point where you might as well NPC them.

They're all low level crap anyway :V
It's not that hard to maintain self sufficiency without doing much until you get higher

I just got back in and its not fixed...
EDIT: Are they meant to be player to player exclusive? meaning we wont be ever able to put them in mktplace?

It probably wasn't fixed because Nexon forgot to make the clients patch.
The server crash that happened a few minutes ago was probably Nexon going "whoops!" since after starting it up, my client patched.
Just put a crafted item on the marketplace.
