I've been unable to progress past "Encounter with the Yeti" in the Ep. 5 storyline. The item required is a Small Yeti Horn from the battle Snowman Alert.
Now, normally, quest items drop within 1-2 tries. However, this time, I've successfully run the mission 11-12 times and it never dropped. Anyone know why this is?
Edit: It's a unique item, exclusive to the quest.

That's...strange.
You sure you didn't, like, unknowingly finish the quest or something?

They drop from the yetis, not from the boss at the end like a lot of other quest items.
Make sure you're not skipping past the yetis, since you don't have to kill them to move on in the mission.

I find that all unique items for quest drop pretty much the first time as they are 'essential' to advancing the story. If it's not dropping, it might have dropped already and it's in your inventory but you overlooked it.
I myself had a frustrating time collecting drops, but I think we all know about it if we've done the lvl 56 armor grind :D

check your mail? I remember constantly grinding a run for a unique item for days only to find it in my mail box long ago ==;;;

The silly thing is, if the item went to your mailbox, then you'll pick it up again (in your mailbox again most likely) replaying the mission, even if it's worthless, unique, and only used for one quest.
Don't ask me how I know this... :oops:

Yes, thanks, this worked.
