Every website/game/server/etc has it's ports. The dropdown menu is to dumb it down for people who don't know the ports. Just google the ports of Vindictus and enter them in manually to the ports boxes, and put in your IP address in the IP box. If you don't understand port forwarding enough to know how to put in the ranges yourself, you probably don't have the static IP needed to put a use to port forwarding.
Your "add" thing is just preset things, just add the port manually below, click "enable" enter the port range in inbound port. Select type as Both if given, if not then uh, not sure what source uses. You can just add two entries for UPD and TCP (<- probably what the game uses). In private address enter your private address (which should be something like 192.168.1.XX or 192.168.0.XX ) you can see it by running "ipconfig" (open command prompt from the start menu, and type in ipconfig).
Or just look up your router model on portforward.com for a detailed explanation.
