Pure White Shining Will

The ones on VindictusDB are completely wrong, and at 28k a dye it is a bit maddening to determine if the boots can glow white like the gloves, or if they stay a shiny gray. The top is the same way..does it glow white like the helmet or not?

I used the outside of Rocheste/Colhen as it has natural sunlight. The inside of the towns block light with the buildings, and the boots actually look a light gray and not white. The dye room makes them look dark gray for whatever reason.

With the exception of your gloves, none of your set is really at pure white. The plating for the top is silver/grey at best, as are the shoes. Your helm is invisible so I can't comment on it.

Needless to say, my set isn't exactly 'pure white' either for obvious reasons. However, the colour of the plating should be a clear indication of what you can (or should(?)) be aiming for. I'm not entirely sure about the boots either; on my icon (and the back of the boots in dungeon with light source) the boots appear white, but at the same time it's definitely not as white as my tunic mail.

PS you think dying at 28k apiece is maddening? Imagine it at 57k a pop, because that was the cost when I dyed mine.

I think our boots are the same, or at least close enough to where I'm happy with that. I don't think the skirt gets any whiter either, even the screenshot I saw on here of the 'pure white' set had the same skirt. I don't actually have the helm, as I don't like it all that much compared to the Cadet Beret. Your screen does answer my question about the mail though, although after leveling my expertise I'm kinda low on money at the moment. Also trying to get that mail with a white scarf is...well I think you know.

Also, yeah I dyed a few times when it was 57k a pop--the skirt mostly--so I feel your pain.
