Here's the final vote, with new concepts, since people find that separating the games into their own sections is either too tedious or splits the community. This will be the final vote to determine how the site will handle game sections from now on (meaning mabi2 when it comes along).
Option 1:
Leave it how it is right now (with vindictus tab, and later on mabi2 tab).
Option 2:
Shove it all on one page and let people use show/hide button on things they don't want to see.
Option 3:
Have everything on one page, but also have tabs to easily navigate sections.
Option 4:
Divide it even more! a tab for every major section.
There's also an option 5, which would require a hell of a lot of work and research (this is what I originally wanted to do but can't find any info on how to do this with vbulletin). If I find anything I will update this. The idea would be to have a tab for mabination, mabi and vindictus, but the mabi + vindictus tabs would also show the same community sections as mabination, as well as show all the stats at the bottom like whose online and thread/post totals. But like I said, I don't have enough data on how to implement something like this yet, so for the moment it is not an option.

Option one seems to be... well, the only "decent" one. That way, everything is where it should be and there is no clutter.

If we have them all on one page will the layout art change? I think it'll be stupid if it's Mabi+Vind in one section and it's all Mabi art.

Even with vindictus tab the layout will be the choice of the user, once we have more layouts. I'm currently working on a vindictus theme that people will be able to choose from.

Okidokie.
In that case, option 3.

I like how option 1 sounds I would hate seeing everything crammed in one page

I has idea...
How about have the tabs with the game specific stuff as well as a spam and misc. section in each tab that is universally shared.
Makes sense?!

That would be the option 5 I talked about that I need more info on how to do (if it's even possible).

This might just be me, but I still don't see why the idea of separate tabs came up in the first place. As has been noted before, it just creates an unnecessary divide between the Vindictus community and the Mabinogi community, especially since the Mabination section is only on one of the tabs at the moment.
Plus, there will be people playing both games, and it's more of a hassle for them to have to keep switching tabs to keep up with Vindictus, Mabi, and Mabination discussions than it is for people who play only one game to simply click the "collapse this category" button once and be done with it for good. The issue of clutter can easily be solved by having people hide unwanted sections themselves, and it's not as if there would be so many sections created for Vindictus that there'd still be a mess even with collapsed categories. If we follow our current structure for Mabi, we'd only have two additional sections (one for discussion in general, and another for marketing/advertising). That's only two bars in between all the other stuff if you collapse them.
As for how this site would accomodate Mabinogi II with such organization, the game still doesn't even seem close to a release. We can cross that bridge when we get there. But even then, I'd still find being able to see everything on one page more convenient.

I am going for the one page thing.
Clicking back and forth through tabs is annoying.
Plus, it divides the community in two tabs.
Another, MabiNation is the name of the website. Vindictus is a sub-forum of MabiNation. It shouldn't have its own tab. Having MabiNation, Mabinogi & Vindictus tabs is just annoying too.
I vote for Option 2.
Clutter them all together, but let people decide which ones to hide. Heck, I rarely use the Town Square (except for my dead shop), so I hide it.
Plus, having Vindictus and Mabinogi 2 as sub-forums makes sense. We're a Mabinogi Nation. Those games are related to Mabinogi in some way, but they're not Mabinogi.
[MabiNation]
[Mabinogi]
[Town Square]
[Vindictus]
[Bazaar]
[Mabi 2]
[Mabi 2's Guild/Recruit/Shops forum]
[MabiNation Community]
That should be the order when Mabi 2 comes out.

Option 2 sounds the best. Phunkie's solution is pretty much what I was thinking, except it makes more sense to me if we change each game to one section. Condense the subsections a bit into sub-subsections for the less popular ones and somewhat related ones.
5 Sections (MNation, Mabi, Vind, Mabi2, Community)
6 Game Subsections (Talk, Questions, Tips, Market, Recruitment, Media)
Something a bit like this....
[size="1"]I. MabiNation
II. Mabinogi
II.A. Mabinogi Talk
II.B. Questions and Help
II.B.1. Ferghus' Repair Shop
II.C. (Helpful Hints section)
II.C.1. Guides
II.C.2. Life Skill Discussion
II.C.3. Pet Park
II.D. Recruitment Thread
II.D.1. Guild Recruitment
II.D.1.a. Guild Requests
II.E. Mabi Market
II.E.1. Alexina
II.E.1.a. Buy
II.E.1.b. Sell
II.E.1.c. Appraisals
II.E.2. Mari
II.E.2.a. Buy
II.E.2.b. Sell
II.E.2.c. Appraisals
II.E.3. Ruairi
II.E.3.a. Buy
II.E.3.b. Sell
II.E.3.c. Appraisals
II.E.4. Tarlach
II.E.4.a. Buy
II.E.4.b. Sell
II.E.4.c. Appraisals
II.E.5. Morrighan
II.E.5.a. Buy
II.E.5.b. Sell
II.E.5.c. Appraisals
II.E.6. Macha
II.E.6.a. Buy
II.E.6.b. Sell
II.E.6.c. Appraisals
II.F. Multimedia Fantasy
III. Vindictus
-same as above-
IV. Mabinogi II
-same as above-
V. Community[/size]

That's all I think on the matter. Option 1

Option 2..
It just takes a few clicks from the user to hide what they don't want to see.

What I sent Chise
Liking the new tab, but when you click new posts it doesn't label it as Vindictus, just the section it's in. Should have a label.
Also I think the Vindictus section should be a separate color and or theme then the Mabinogi one. Like have a different banner and color scheme. Even with new posts you could have the new posts in that section be the same color scheme as the Vindictus page so that way its easier to know. Reduces confusion and makes noticing the difference easier.
Just my 2 cents.:thumb:
