Does the AP total you have decrease if you spend it on transformation?
-

As in the 1000 maximum AP you can hold being lowered to 990?
No.

I wouldn't think it would be lowered. I mean, it's still AP that you earned, whether you use it on a skill or a transformation.

I don't get it. 1000
is the total.
Let's say you have 52/1,000 AP. You transform. You now have 42/1,000 AP. And if you do well, you get +100 Experience Points into your transformation.

Then what does he mean by "current?"

He means the Total AP count in your character's stats menu.

The amount of AP that appears on your Character Tab is the "USED" AP, the AP you actually used on ranking skills.
The AP on your x/1000 counter its not counted on the Character Tab.
The AP used to activate Trans its pulled from de x/1000 counter, so no, it wont decrease the amount of AP listed on your Character Tab.

Yeah but not all of us have our C screen open right now. :/

And considering that it's general info that transforming takes 10 AP from your current AP pool, most people wouldn't even think that it takes away from your character's "Total AP" since... it doesn't.
Context helps a lot as well.

so what would you refer to "Total AP" then?
Should I have used the "Mass Accumulation of my current and used AP"?
because I didn't know what it was only the Used AP that was accounted in the Total AP on character screen, I've never checked if the AP being stockpiled would be counted in the Total AP count before it was used on a skill therefore I assumed that the current AP unadded into skills was also counted into the Total AP
Forgive me for assuming that "Total AP" was a understood term in the Vindictus community as I should have known better than to reference to people in game, on irc and on another forum that use the term to describe what I know as "Total AP"
Anything else you need to say just pm me, this thread should have ended after the question was answered
