Takuto Tsunashi from Star Driver - He's outgoing, and he doesn't want to kill anyone, but he tries his hardest to protect everyone.
Shinn Asuka from Gundam Seed Destiny - He's full of Rage, because he lost several loved ones, and he could not bare to see it more, and he just wanted to kill the Freedom.
Kei Kurono from Gantz - This Pervert is very undecided on things, and near the end he has a personality flip.
Kamina from Gurren Lagann - He's the reason Gurren Lagann made it so far, without him the series would have been buttflip boring.
Lockon Stratos from Gundam 00/00 S2/Movie - He's Lockon Stratos ffs, He can shoot through the stratosphere and he has Haro(s) for his Gundams. Plus hes Irish.
Banagher Links from Gundam Unicorn 1/2/3 - He's the Main Character, and he pilots a Unicorn then transforms into a Gundam. I just like him because he's simple minded.

I have temporary favorites (i.e. when I'm into the show, I'll love 'um) but some consistent 'favorites' are probably...
- Yoite from Nabari no ou.
- Sakura from Naruto. (always loved her)
- Kagura from Gintama.
- Kid/Maka from Soul Eater.
- Kida from DRRR.
- Orihime/Ulquiorra from Bleach.

This is the one of the few characters from all the anime I've ever seen, that I hate with the fury of an exploding sun. For the exact reasons you love him, is the reason that I think a lot of fans of Seed hated him. He's just such an unlikeable character...
