I've uploaded this picture from my computer and a few places
but every time I try to change my avatar to this image it keeps it the same tiny size
I've tried resizing it too but it doesn't help

Forums resize images that are too big to fit in their limits.

My avatar is much larger, but...ya know.

100x100 px is the biggest your av can go.
Limit goes to 120x120 at account lvl 3.

Avatars are supposed to be smallish.
