The Renaissance Portrait Contest

  Here are the guidelines:
  
  • Mimic a Renaissance-style portrait, such as the Mona Lisa. (For information about Renaissance paintings, why not start with Wikipedia?)
  • Create your portrait using any type of medium.
  • Match the style of the period, not necessarily the specific abilities of the artists.
  • Your portrait should only include the top half of your character.
  • Write your in-game character name and server legibly on the painting or on a piece of paper next to your submission.
  • Email your portrait and your in-game character name and server with the subject Renaissance Portrait to [email][email protected][/email].
  
  Multiple submissions, plagiarism, and any inappropriate content submitted (in the opinions of the judges) will be grounds for disqualification.
  
  The event will run from March 29th to April 15th. Five winners will be selected to receive a Mabinogi Shakespeare Mousepad.

  Still isn't worth peanuts (mousepad).
  For a challenging contest like this, the rewards could have been way better.
  Like say, a goodie bag with the mousepad with some other Nexon goodies. But not the mousepad alone.

  That was true art.. naked was okay in art back then. It still might be considered, but it's rude to think and laugh about it these days.
