Friends list wont load + can't note people

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. i've left this on for over an hour once just to see if my pc was lagging
and this is what I got

here's what I've tried

-web launch
-direct client launch
-remove mod
-reinstall
-restart pc
-more reinstalling
-logging in and out several times @ nexon.net
-reinstall
-reinstall
-reinstall

._. what do?
not only can I not see who is online
I can't send notes either
I'm getting irritated because I need to note a seller

edit : I've also restarted my modem

It's a connection problem, likely either on your ISP's end or on Nexon's end. You've tried all the reasonable approaches that I can think of.. I think it will be resolved on its own.

Ah, this used to happen to me. You can't talk in guild chat either, i'm guessing. It pretty much stopped when i got a new laptop, dunno why because my connection hasn't changed, but try that if it's not outrageous.

This always happened on my old computer. It's a connection issue. Possibly caused by lag.
To fix it, relogging worked fine for me.

Happens almost every time I get on. As MS said above, I just relog and it is fixed right away.
