Introducing the new moderator

  Well, considering that I like to try and keep my staff decisions as democratic as possible, and holding an emergency meeting to find a replacement for Phunkie, the staff voted 3 to 2 to promote Pikablu to replace the fallen Phunkie. [s]Just note that I was one of the 2[/s]
  
  According to the staff members that voted for him, Pikablu has shown that while immature at times, can fully be devoted to the duties that are required of his task and can do so accordingly and maturely. So without further adieu, please welcome our newest staff member.
  
  Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go face palm multiple times, possibly to the point of a severe concussion.

  Remember, I'm only 3rd in command, with Fal and Chise being higher up. Fal isn't online, so she has no say, and Chise voted for Hitaki, so there's no way I can veto when I'm only the Speaker of the House so to speak. :/

  Um...I definitely missed what happened, but I don't necessarily agree with Pikablu as a moderator...I can definitely think of quite a few more suitable replacements.

  Don't judge Arsik. He's got a great thing going on right now. This was an excellent decision on his part.
