In my server (which is Tarlach) ive seen 300k-400k mostly in the housing channels
Don't take my word for it...check on your server's housing b4 you finalize the price

I see people selling random colors at 400-600k, including that dark gray you have up there. Metal can get closer to black than that.

i traded 4 normal dyes for it that i was selling at 150k each
so i hope i can get 600k out of it
btw it looks a tad darker in game, at least for me it does
