OH I just wikipedia'd it and it IS the same anime, just not with the english title. xD
I loved this anime.
Balsa is so cool.
Also it's so funny, Prince Chagum is voiced by Mona Marshall, the same person who voiced Roger in one of my most favorite games, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. xD
Anyways, I watched it on Netflix. xD
I really liked it.
And so did my Dad, who watched it with me.

I looooove this anime. It was on adult swim for a while, then it disappeared. Then it came back on, then disappeared again, then came BACK ON. It always started with the first one too, so I never saw the entire thing in English. Which makes me sad, because the prince had the same voice actor as Izzy from Digimon. I LOVE Izzy.
It's on my to-watch list though.

In 8 volumes with 3~4 episodes each. xD

I just watched it on Youtube. It surprised me though, because it's usually hard and annoying to find and watch anime on Youtube. It was a long time ago, but yeah, someone had all the episodes up of it. I loved it!
That was like the only really actiony anime that didn't have much blood in it O.o I personally like blood, but I think it was a nice break from "ew" xD
