Go to a bar, pick up girls.
Procede to do the quagmire.
If female, do the same thing but replace girls with guys. Or not, your choice really.
Seriusly, deleate the game, or your character if you want to permenantly quit. Or get board and just not play.

Realize that the 12k deal isn't a deal: The eagle owl sucks in comparison to the snowy owl. You don't need a premium card, just a basic. If you want an owl, get the good one for 6k. If you want a rb, get the cheap one for 7k. If you want the robe, buy one off of players.
Oh, and minipets are also not a good deal. 1 dollar for something that doesn't help you and then disappears after a month? You're better off getting dye amps...

Spam a SM/Dungeon over and over, constantly. Like just do that EVERYDAY, you'll get bored eventually and end up quitting.
That's what I did to quit Mabi. Worked for me~ :3
Works wonders~
Nah, but seriously. Look at me, I started playing Ragnarok Online back in 2006, I supposedly quit in 2008 but since then I have this 6 month tradition of returning. This is the sad yet charming thing about MMO's, we have become addicted to them 8D

OP, dunno what to tell you :( I either play MS or Mabinogi, I've never actually quit both at the same time. Got back into Mabi and uninstalled MS, but since it's the anniversary event and all and there are a bunch of new items now.. SO TEMPTING ;A;
I've only known two or three people out of so many from MS that have actually quit playing for good. MMO addictions are so difficult to break out of :(

Haha, I was like this about a year and a half ago, on mabi literally all day, even when I was at school I had mabi on doing something like fishing or proffing. Then I went to University, shortly after started work and it took all my time. I would still do the usual thing when I afk'd and do something else but eventually because I was busy with other things, I didn't feel the need to go on and did other things.
Now I log on 1 - 3 days a week now unless I'm going out or I just plain don't feel like it but basically I got pre-occupied with other things and that became my addiction in a way. I liked socialising, clubbing, going out and just keeping myself busy mixed with fun so much that these days I never even think of mabi until I turn on my computer and it's there on my desktop. I swear I can hear it saying "Please don't leave me, we can get married and collect former scrolls together"

Get your account hacked and quit for a year.
Worked for me.

I only ended up quitting for ~3 months that way ;~;
Good way to quit though is just reach your most sought after goal, then realize you have nothing more to do in the game. It's somewhat keeping me away from mabi.

Or do nothing AT ALL.
Sit about in Dunbarton for a few days.
Keeps me off Mabinogi... ALOT.

This.
Seems like you don't want to quit if you continue to come to the forums and such. don't you have other things to do in your life? School life, social life? play some xbox 360/ps3/nintendo consoles or handheld.

LOL!!
I recently started working from 9am~8pm everyday till Sunday (and some Sundays I'm required to work), and this cut down my playing time a lot.
Although I do not intend to quit, being able to play only 2~3 hours a day has made playing Mabinogi a reward for me. It helps because you start to lose interest in spending a lot of time involving in grind-tastic nature of this game. As a result I am not as attached to the game as I used to, and the game itself is simply becoming a hobby (it wasn't one before, trust me).
My suggestion is taking a week or a month long break. People who are destined(lol) to leave the game will lose interest within that period, and people who were meant to play this game will come back with greater amount of interest.

Did that after TL100+ and took a month off. It only made me realize how great the game was...

Like, for good, I mean, whenever Nexon releases a cool new thing, I want to buy it, like, I want to get the 12k NX package, and then spend the rest on the gacha for that limited time mini pet, but at the same time I dont. I dont want to play, but I keep finding myself kinda wanting to in a way....Maybe I should stop going to the fan site dedicated to the game....NAH.
No one who has actually quit can tell you.
:P
