I don't think I've ever seen such a beautiful interior.

$1400 Processor, completely unnecessary.
$900 Graphics Card, also unnecessary.
5x2TB Hard drives are not only slower and more unreliable, but also silly to have.
24GB Of RAM is basically stupid, there's no way you'd ever need that much, your CPU would be bottlenecking you if you tried to use all 24Gigs.
I apolagize if I got the price incorrect.
On to other things, nice case, I have the a Cooler Master HAF myself, and it's quite spacious. You should however go for liquid cooling, I'd reccomend the Kuhler H20 620.

I actually use up all those resources for my vmware lab. Running a VM with 4 cores and 16GB memory that has ESXi on it which in turn hosts other VMs.

Well he kinda needs all that power for things....like....I dunno.
He just needs it for whatever he needs it for. I don't think it's right to call everything unnecessary, though.

If you're using it all up for VM's, why the expensive Graphics Card?

Lots of reasons for that choice.
Got a good deal for it, 3 screens on a single card, it stays cool, very (and I mean VERY) silent compared to the 6990 with only slightly less performance, and it'll last me a long while without needing upgrades for gaming. Instead of having to buy a new card in 2 years I might not need one for 4 or 5.
The good deal I got is my original plan was to get a 480, ordered it via my work. They got out of stock on the 480's so they let me have a 590 we had for only 100$ more, saved over 200$ on the thing while other people are struggling to find it in stock.
Every piece in that system was chosen for a reason, and it's working as expected.
Now I'm going to go enjoy having mabinogi, second life and my practice lab running all at once with zero slowdown.

VMware lab, world domination, no more lag when I photoshop 40 images at once, browse 50000 tabs on chrome, probably some gaming if I ever have the time.
It's only heatsinks and air. The CPU sink+blue LED fan is from intel, it comes with the 990x. I had a better looking cooler but I would have had to remove the first slot of RAM and that wasn't an option for me.
Have you considered the Corsair H70? You can mount the fan anywhere on the case (depends on the length of the case and H70 of course). Then again i've had good experience working with the stock intel fan.
