Hey there, basically the thread says it all, I have a lot of money saved up and I want a good computer! I want to play Vindictus on the highest graphics settings as possible, and maybe even more.
Any recommendations from this site? Since I live in Canada.
http://ncix.com/
I can't build it myself. ): So custom built.

Lots of money being how much money circa? I could probably tell you to get some cascade cooling and OC HARD, but I don't think you have that much money.
From what I've heard you'd have to assemble it yourself anyway, which I guess makes it a non-option. It's also obscenely loud. But it's nice to contemplate it anyway.

I'm willing to pour $1000 Canadian dollars into this baby, maybe even more.

edit, you mean you want a prebuilt one? youd save more money if you DIY.

The money saving thing isn't always true. :P But building it yourself is definitely more fun.
Anyway, with a budget around $1000, you can pick one of the Sandy Bridge based prebuilt offerings at NCIX and upgrade the CPU to a Intel Core i5 2500K. The rest is fine as is. Like say,
http://pc.ncix.com/ncixpc/pcbuilderreconfig_new.cfm?id=10035 If your system is heavily gaming focused, you can opt for a cheaper CPU, and transfer the savings into a more powerful graphics card, too. I don't know if I'd want to do that myself, though.
That is, of course, unless your budget also needs to cover stuff like a monitor, keyboard, speakers etc. You'll have to go with something less fancy, in that case.

I don't need a monitor just the computer itself, and I don't really want to build anything cause I'm scared that I'll eff it up some way or another. Aren't computers sold at retails stores bad? Which is why I'm shopping online, I just wanna be able to run Vindictus on the highest graphics without lagging.

BTW, is sound of any importance to you? In that case I'd ask
a forum dedicated to audio for help though.

No not really just want a computer that is able to run Vindicus on he highest graphics and not lag at all, maybe it can do a little more high demanding games. Anymore recommendations? So far only Yoorah has given me a recommendation. e______e;;

I love NCIX!
Go build
this with a few changes if you wish.

As I said I don't wanna "build" it I don't know how to, so recommending certain parts of the computer won't help me that much sites like NCIX have computers than have better parts that are already put together for a better price. So yeah, online computers only! Unless they have a option where you can switch our parts for others, just posting about computers parts won't help me. ):

As Osay said, opening a computer and looking inside is the best way to learn to build a computer. It also helps if you have somebody who has done it before on IM just in case o3o

If you're fine with not getting the best deal, just look for price range. Customizing usually just puts more premium fees on the build.

Are any of them Canadian? Shipping fees and the possibility of it breaking is a pain in my bum.
