Guru is closed isn't it? The forums are locked, though the site is still up and claims to be "the best wiki, forum, database", etc. Also a pain to see the forum theme I worked on being used for a dead beat horse site. Its a shame Nexon still recognizes it as a fansite and has it listed above nation in the fansite page. Of course, its all incredibly outdated, like this:
Avatars and Signatures
This is for you to display a picture that represents you. Avatars are hosted by the forums but signatures are not. Please keep your signature to an appropriate size. Members with signatures deemed too large (i.e. taking up half the page) will be issued a warning. Also do not have avatars of signature depicting you with Nexon logos. That includes the Nexon company logo, and Game Master's uniform/GM logo. Avatars or signatures with inappropriate content (foul language, adult material, offensive comments, etc.) may be edited or deleted as deemed necessary.
Except both avatars and signatures have been disabled for like over a year now.
And Player migrated for the most parts, but its still got an "active enough" traffic of approximately 50~100 visitors at a given time.
Mabinogiworld being up there is a given since its got an actually decent wiki going for it.
