  A wonderful fortress of many solid materials to defend yourself against any attack. With heavy equipment vehicles. Also, many tools to set up many contraptions, weapons, etc etc. Also, dried preservative foods that provide plenty to come. Also a source of water.

  Yes. In most Zombie movies, the only reason anyone ever dies is because of carelessness. Unless its like a 24 days zombie, or a Dawn of the Dead zombie. Can't really blame you for dying there.

  (In the manga, every safeplace they went to got screwed in some way. **SPOILERS**
  
  •The house of one of their parents (They were rich government involved parents who were kickass) was screwed by the survivors from school who went mad led by a mad teacher (They would have been overrun anyway eventually.) This resulted in the parents and their trusted teammates to allow their child and her friends to escape while they sacrificed themselves.
  
  •The house of the friend of the school nurse (Her friend is one of those high ranking defense force members or something) which was loaded with guns and a jeep wouldn't have worked out.
  
  •The mall just became overrun after one of the survivors went mad thinking, "LOL I CAN KILL THEM MYSELF." He got ****ed later in the story (That's latest chapter).
  
  Their main goal isn't just surviving however, it's also trying to track down their friends and family members in case they're alive despite it being hopeless. The story is kinda fail however because there are certain parts that just kill the mood of the whole manga.)

  I still don't understand why people go to malls, yes they have supplies but in every zombie movie they always get over run -.- you'd thing they would learn.

  Thats because they keep picking crappy places like Malls.
  
  Note to all of you: MALLS ARE A TERRIBLE PLACE AGAINST ZOMBIES. Its the LAST place you EVER want to hit. ONLY for desperate people attempting to hit up on some supplies.

  Yes but one bit doesn't change you into a zombie, Frank gets Bitten so many times and he doesn't change :S (Except in that mode)
