North and South Korea cannot "go to war", they are still technically "at war" and have been since the armistice was signed in 1953 returning the borders to their current position.
Quote from Mario;40424:
By the way people... I am sure North will launch nukes.. They are the one who was threatening South that they will launch Nuke whole time.
I was going to write something in response to this, but Chise beat me to it with his "The North launching nukes is like [Chise] quitting Mabi" statement. XD The North has been causing quite a bit of drama in the international community for quite a long time.
If you are interested, the following article from CBC gives a pretty quick summary of (what we know of) post-1953 NK:
CBC News - World - North Korea: Riling up the world for 6 decades
I'm certain that other news sites (like BBC) would have a valuable archive of articles from the last 10+ years as well if you feel that CBC alone isn't trustworthy.

If north korea was crazy enough to launch a nuke. The results would be unspeakable
If they did this it would warrant they being nuked(unlikey) or a compete take over by over countries and possible combination with the south
South and north wont go to war. North is not dumb enough to fight there own brother when the north has a dagger and the south has a beam sword
Its like a throwing a rock vs a crossbow. Slim chance to work by chances are your dead
North is like a backwards country with very little tech. If they went to war without proper roads etc there about toast
North korea launches nuke= its doom

to OP,
ALL COUNTRIES HAVE DEBTS
if you're not gonna bother to understand history,
you will never have a realistic opinion

Epic quote.
Also, as soon as North Korea announces a battle against SK, then the stalemate will turn into a full-fledged war. Only that SK is destined to win.

Personally I wonder why he hasn't been banned outright just for being this obviously stupid. <_< There ought to be a rule about toleration levels for raw idiocy.

He has been banned before, I believe this is his second account.

The IQ test I took in college claims I'm borderline genius (it said I was between 148 and 152, genius being 160), but I have not studied any of these fancy maths or sciences, and don't have much book smarts, because I frankly don't give a damn. Everyone else with high IQ is like a human wiki.
Conclusion: IQ tests are fail.
