Steam now Sells Prima Strategy Guides

Prima strategy guides are terrible
Nintendo Power's are better
but they're Nintendo and console only.

These originally cost $20 but they're now $10 to promote them.

Seriously, why is a company, who does most of their work on the internet, selling strategy guides, when I can go to Gamefaqs or some other site that hosts walkthroughs and get in depth information for free? Seems like a waste of time to me. :/

not only does it contain exclusive artwork of characters
like the knights are different from how they look in the game
it also contain facts of the lore in the zelda universe
like the background story behind items and the culture and lifestyles of Hyrulian citizens etc.

The cat recommends any Zelda fan to buy one if possible

Agreed.

Plus, the passionate perfectionist fanboy will give you more accurate, in-depth information than some dude who probably doesn't give a damn about what he's doing.

I only have 2 strategy guides. It's by brady games and it's for world of warcraft. It came with the BattleChest. I think it was okay since I'm too cheap to Alt+Tab on PC games but atleast if was free.
By the way who needs a guide for Left For Dead 2? The game is so easy to complete a level not the difficulty but how to complete the level.

The Prima Guide that came with my diablo 2 was utterly useless.
The builds they suggest is always hybrid, and none of the skills have the possibility of going to the max.
The quests walkthrough was so stupid -_______-.
Gamefaqs is a hell of a better source...
