  I'm with kingofrunes on this 1... though... I guess it doesn't help that their dealing with one of the WORST possible game engines I've EVER SEEN (and i've played ALLOT of free MMORPG's)

  I haven't. Playing Mabi doesn't help that in that now I'm expecting games to have just as much versatility and that's probably not going to happen often. >_>;

  If it is truly 100% KR's fault then we should be blaming them if G14 does indeed go wrong. But I suppose we will wait and see.

  They have minor control of what they can and cannot change, I don't know the exact details but basically all they could do is do a few things...
  -Event(Minor detailing)-Add a few different options or changes to an event[Rewards, event details]
  -Mob(Changing the Spawning)-NA didn't have a lot of power where the mobs would spawn(mostly listening to KR's packed data)Now they have the right to switch up Field Boss/Mob spawning points a little bit, or increase the spawning rate
  -NPC(Very few changes)-Banker in Tir for one, she was originally not dark-skinned, this is because NA and the others seemed it would be seem bad for them to not add racial diversity to the game, ie Manus
  -Gachapon(Very rare this will happen)-If anyone remembers the Magician Gachapon that had an exclusive Beginner Lightning Wand in it, this and a few other things, are the only things Nexon NA is allowed to change in the game. Of course paperwork needs to be filed and sent to KR's team to allow them to do this or that would be breaching many many many things...
  
  In short Nexon NA doesn't control much in power wise, but they control a lot when it comes to the slight details that matter to some players. The reason for lags and glitches has to mainly do with outdated hardware, low-cut servers, and Nexon being fickle with their god damned money. :pissedoff:
