There are really no "common" ego names. Everyone can be creative!
my ego's name is "Lunaristar" I just thought it was cute at the moment, and I never saw anyone else with it
I guess the best answer I can give is that there are more "Japanese-named" egos than any others.

I'd have to say the most common ego names i have seen would have to be Angel, Savior, and stuff with loli in it.
I normally try to use unique names like Mistress(lol) :D and Ascendance
