By Powerful, let's compare at a level.
How about ... Level 5000? (Lol)
Which form of fighting (Hybrids allowed. ALL are not allowed) would be able to solo Peaca Basic FIRST? xD Or who could actually solo it... o.o;;
This has been haunting me FOREVER, so yeah, I'm gonna ask you guys!!

I've solo peaca basic at level 2900 with just a few deaths. Magic/Alchemy works best. Magic for power and tank( no one can tank like a mage, +thunder/icespear). Alchemy for lifedrain, barrier spikes, and golems.
Look at the Mana master Guide from the link in my siggy. I beleive its the strongest build in game. I've soloed Rundal Adv hm, Alby adv Hm, Peaca normal, with no deaths. Ciar adv HM with 3 and peaca basic with about the same. Its an end game build so that fits.

I'm inclined to believe Magic/Alchemy.
Golem takes care of any Melee you need to do, and your char can just use Adv. Magic for any HS3 fomors you fight

Not considering the cost of massive number of MP potions, mage/alchemists

I gotta agree with Magic/Alchemy.
Those are the two skill types that are the most diverse so you can easily adapt to any situation.

Magic and Alchemy combined can succeed at level 2500 where Range and Melee barely succeeds at 5000. Fixed damage is greater than increasing damage in the mid to short term.

Well melee still has wm which is a high DPS skill that ignores crit but it's quite overshadowed by snow golem wm at summon golem r1 and AM r1. Characters cannot grow as big as a golem and they do more damage than me with end game status.
Adv magic is another and I've just discovered a new trick with Thunder too.
Of course, we all the supply cost for snow golems and mp pots. If supply cost is taken into consideration, then melee would be the most cost efficient and still give a high DPS.

Well the effectiveness of some skills are completely based on ranks, like alchemy.
So what about a character that was over lvl 200 current (like some crazy Korean guy or something) that had insane stats? I'm pretty sure that character would be better than a golem.
