I suppose normally the trojan comes from individual websites that google displays, but I've had a sudden and tremendously large number of trojan sightings from google image searches. Whether it be directly seen or blocked by avast, I've seriously had a lot of trouble lately doing any google image search at all.
I'm noticing some other people talking about this in discussion boards but it doesn't seem significant enough to actually be something big. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've been getting a lot of Fake antivirus warnings from things like this.
But if you press back, or just close the tab nothing happens ._.

I've been getting those a lot too, but ESET NOD32 blocks them right away, or I just click back really quick.

Its not just avast.
If I ignore it, the browser goes bat**** insane and trojans actually DO start coming in.

You can craft images that will cause your computer to fail and allow remote code execution (ie you get hacked). This is only possible when you are running vulnerable software, likely an unpatched copy of Windows, web browser, or web browser plugins. Check your patches, yo.
