I have been receiving this message since Friday - April 29th. I changed my password on the 28th and when I got back on to play it again, I began to get the message every time I tried to log in and then of course my account was blocked for 10 minutes for using to many wrong passwords. I requested for a temp password, used it and changed my password again only to receive the same message and tried another temp password request to find out you can only do one a day. I get on again today and requested another temp password, used it and even changed my password again only to have the same thing occur to me again! I went and made a different account so that I could submit a ticket, I had just made it and verified the account. I go to submit a ticket and have to log in  only to find out that I have the same message of invalid password/ id. What is going on?! :T_T:
UPDATE: I tried to log in using Firefox and it says that it is the wrong password or non-existing passport account. Please try it again. I tried again and still the same message occurs! My information is corrects :T_T: Can't someone provide me with answers?

Are you sure you're not entering the wrong info?

Yes I am sure because I typed it out then copied it and pasted it, there is no reason why it should be wrong.
